Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the JobTasker mobile application (the "Service") operated by JobTasker ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Permission is granted to download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into JobTasker. We do not claim ownership over your tasks or job application data.
The materials on JobTasker are provided on an 'as is' basis. JobTasker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall JobTasker be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JobTasker.
